SQFT Plus Ltd ("SQFT+", "we", "us", or "our") operates the AI-powered property valuation platform at sqftplus.ai. We are the data controller for personal data collected through the Platform.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data transparently and responsibly, in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Information you give us

• Name and email address when you register
• Property addresses and details you submit for valuation
• Any messages or enquiries you send us

Information we collect automatically

• IP address, browser type, and device information
• Pages you visit, features you use, and how long you spend on the Platform
• Cookies and similar tracking data (see section 9)

Payment information

Billing details when you purchase a subscription. Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider — we do not store your full card details.

We will never use your data to make decisions about you that are entirely automated and have a significant effect on you.

We do not sell your personal data. We only share it in the following circumstances:

• Service providers — companies that help us run the Platform, such as cloud hosting, payment processing, and customer support tools. They only process your data on our instructions and are bound by data protection agreements.
• Legal requirements — if we are required to share data by law, court order, or to protect the safety of others.
• Business transfers — if SQFT+ is acquired or merges with another company, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you beforehand.

We primarily store your data in the UK and EEA. If any data is transferred outside these areas, we ensure appropriate legal safeguards are in place, such as UK International Data Transfer Agreements (IDTAs).

• Account data: kept while your account is active, then for up to 6 years after closure for legal and accounting purposes
• Property input data: kept while your account is active, then deleted or anonymised within 90 days of closure
• Usage and log data: up to 12 months
• Marketing preferences: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent

We use encryption, access controls, and regular security reviews to protect your data. In the unlikely event of a data breach that could affect your rights, we will notify you and the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) as required by law.

You have the following rights over your personal data:

• Access — ask for a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correction — ask us to fix inaccurate or incomplete data
• Deletion — ask us to delete your data (in certain circumstances)
• Restriction — ask us to limit how we use your data
• Portability — receive your data in a portable format
• Objection — object to us using your data for marketing or on the basis of legitimate interests
• Withdraw consent — if we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@sqftplus.ai. We will respond within one month and will not charge you unless your request is clearly unfounded or excessive.

We use cookies to make the Platform work, to understand how it is used, and (with your consent) to personalise your experience. You can manage your cookie preferences when you first visit the Platform or at any time via our Cookie Policy at sqftplus.ai/cookies.

If you opt in, we may send you news, tips, and updates about SQFT+. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in any marketing email or by emailing privacy@sqftplus.ai.

The Service is not intended for anyone under the age of 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data about a child, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will let you know by email or by posting a notice on the Platform. The current version is always available at sqftplus.ai/privacy.
